These terms cover your use of hazeladvisory.com and its enquiry form. Using the site means you accept them.
Information, not an offer
The pages describe how Hazel Advisory works in general. Reading them does not create an offer for any specific name. A domain is only offered once we have named it, stated a price and agreed the terms with you in writing.
Purchases
Every purchase is completed through an independent, licensed escrow service under that service's own terms. Ownership passes to you when the domain is in your registrar account and you have confirmed receipt. Until the escrow service releases the funds, either side may withdraw as its terms allow.
Using the form
Please send enquiries in good faith, with accurate contact details. The form is not a channel for sales pitches, scripted submissions or unlawful content. We may ignore or delete messages that break this rule.
Content of the site
The text, the Hazel Advisory name and mark and the design of this site belong to Hazel Advisory. You may quote or link to it; please do not copy it wholesale.
Accuracy and liability
We try to keep the pages accurate but cannot promise they are complete or current at every moment. To the extent the law allows, Hazel Advisory is not liable for losses arising from use of the site itself, as opposed to a purchase agreed in writing.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, and any dispute about them belongs to the courts of Bernalillo County, New Mexico.
