A short account of what this site receives about you and what happens to it.
Who we are

What you send through the form
- Required: the domain you ask about, your name, your company and your email address.
- Optional: a phone number, the type of question and a free-text note.
- Recorded automatically: the IP address the form came from, stored with the enquiry so that abuse can be spotted.
We use these details only to answer your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to complete the purchase. We do not sell them, trade them or pass them to anyone for marketing.
Turnstile
To keep automated spam out, the form runs Cloudflare Turnstile. It checks your browser in the background and may process technical information such as your IP address and browser characteristics, under Cloudflare's privacy policy. It is not used for advertising.
Where your enquiry goes
The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Your enquiry is passed from the site to our mail system and stored as an email in Daniela's inbox, held with our email provider. Emails you send us directly, or replies to our notes, are stored the same way. These providers handle the data only to deliver and keep it for us.
No tracking
There is no analytics, no advertising pixel and no tracking cookie on this site. The typefaces come from Google Fonts, which sees your IP address when a page loads.
Retention
We keep an enquiry and the correspondence around it for as long as the conversation is open and for up to two years after it ends, then delete it. Where a sale is completed, the records that tax and accounting rules require are kept for the period those rules set.
Your rights
Ask us at any time to show you what we hold about you, to correct it or to delete it. If you reply "stop" to one of our emails, we will not write to you again.
Updates
When this page changes, the revision date at the top changes too.
